60-Day Returns
We want you to feel confident choosing Silivac.
If it’s not the right fit, we accept returns within 60 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Products must be in the same condition as received
For hygiene and safety reasons, used Silivac bags cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return

Include a photo of the items showing they are unused and in original packaging

Our team will review and confirm eligibility

If approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

You’ll receive an email confirming approval

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval

Lifetime Limited Warranty
We want you to feel great about your Silivac purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
If your Silivac product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us at hello@silivac.com and include photos of the problem.
We’ll review it and take care of you—this may include a replacement or refund.
This guarantee applies to manufacturing defects or shipping damage.
Our Lifetime Limited Warranty covers the original retail consumer of the product. If the exact item no longer exists, it will be replaced by a similar item or one of equivalent value.
Our Lifetime Limited Warranty does not cover:

Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired in any way,

Damage from commercial use, normal wear and tear, or improper use of the product,

For lingering food odors or stains caused by improper cleaning methods or techniques.

For purchases made outside of the United States.
